Shipping:
We can ship to almost any address worldwide. Please note that some products have shipping restrictions and certain items cannot be shipped internationally.
When you place an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Depending on the shipping provider, these estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Many of our items have weight-based shipping rates. The weight of each item is listed on its product detail page. To align with shipping company policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (for example, you received the wrong or defective item), we’ll also cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of us receiving your returned package. This timeline includes:
- Transit time for the return (5–10 business days)
- Processing time once we receive the return (3–5 business days)
- Time for your bank to complete the refund (5–10 business days)
In many cases, refunds are issued sooner.
