Shipping:
We can ship to almost any address worldwide. Please note that some products have shipping restrictions and certain items cannot be shipped internationally.
When you place an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Depending on the shipping provider, these estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Many of our items have weight-based shipping rates. The weight of each item is listed on its product detail page. To align with shipping company policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns
You may return most items purchased directly from gamedaylegends.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all included materials, and show no signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.
If the return is due to our error, including if you received the wrong item or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that are returned damaged, used, worn, altered, or incomplete
- Custom or special-order items
- Items marked as final sale
Live Break Purchases (Important)
Game Day Legends participates in live breaks on third-party platforms including TikTok, eBay Live, Whatnot, and Fanatics Live.
All purchases made through these platforms are subject to the terms, conditions, and refund policies of the platform where the purchase was made.
Game Day Legends does not process refunds, returns, or cancellations for purchases made through third-party live selling platforms unless required under the applicable platform’s rules.
Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within four (4) weeks of receiving your returned item. This timeframe includes:
- Transit time for return shipping (5–10 business days)
- Processing time once received (3–5 business days)
- Bank processing time (5–10 business days)
In many cases, refunds are issued sooner.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cs@gamedaylegends.net with your order number and details about the item. We will respond with return instructions.
Return Approval
All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse or adjust refunds for items that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
