Did you win something in one of our Live Streaming Breaks that you don't want?

We will review your online submission and if approved, we will then ask that you to ship your item to us. Upon receiving and inspecting your item in-person, if we choose to accept your trade-in, we will email you a trade-in credit offer that you can choose to accept or reject. If your item does not pass our in-person inspection, then we will ship your item back to you at your own expense.
