Ray Allen made his mark as a Hall of Fame NBA player in every stop of his career, but his most memorable moments came with the Boston Celtics. After being traded to Boston before the 2007-08 season, Allen teamed up with fellow superstars Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett to form "The Big Three". This led to a big turnaround as the Celtics went from the worst record in the Eastern Conference the year before to the best record in the NBA at 66-16. Behind Allen's NBA Finals record-tying seven three-pointers in Game 6, the Celtics won the 2008 championship, which was also Allen's first in his career. He would go on to have more memorable moments as a Boston Celtic, including setting a then NBA Finals record of eight three-pointers in Game 2 of the 2010 Finals and setting a then NBA record of career three-pointers made. Allen solidified his credentials in his time in Boston and will forever be remembered for the 2008 NBA Finals victory.
