Despite entering his third season at just twenty two years old, Nick Suzuki has always possessed a veteran type swagger and charisma when it comes to his confidence on ice and shows no signs of cooling down anytime soon. It is no surprise, however, that Suzuki found early successes in the NHL after being named the Wayne Gretzky ’99 Award recipient as OHL playoff MVP, scoring 42 points in 24 games leading the Guelph Storm to an OHL Championship in 2019. Coming off a Stanley Cup Finals appearance with the Canadiens during the ‘20-‘21 NHL season in which he totaled seven assists and sixteen points in just over twenty games, Suzuki’s sights remain set on doing everything in his power to set up his team to have the best chance at the Holy Grail next summer.
