With the host Cavs clinging to a 100-99 lead with three seconds left, Jordan took the inbounds pass while being double teamed by Craig Ehlo and Larry Nance. The next three seconds will go down in history as perhaps the beginning of his greatness as Jordan drove to the free throw line and skied high to put up a shot over the outstretched hand of Ehlo. "The Shot" as it has been named went in, and the Bulls pulled off a stunning 101-100 win. It would be the first of many playoff game-winning shots in Jordan?s great career as the Bulls would go on to win six NBA Finals championships under his leadership.
