The 2023 Ryder Cup took place in Rome, Italy at the Marco Simone Golf and Country Club. The United States was looking to defeat Europe on their home turf for the first time since 1993. This was Max Homa's first-ever appearance in the Ryder Cup for Team USA. Homa did not disappoint in his Ryder Cup debut as he was able to score the most points on the team. He ended up going 3-1-1 in five matches, scoring a total of 3.5 points. Unfortunately for Homa, Team Europe was too difficult to overcome and lost 16.5 to 11.5.
